A FindSkill+ account is how you buy, keep access, and continue a course. Use one account and an email you can open. Confirmation and password links go to that email.

Create an account and sign in

• Choose Sign in at the top right. The page you are on stays open.
• Choose sign up and complete the email and password before you submit.
• Or continue with Google if you want to use a Google account you already have.
• If you forgot the password, use the forgot-password path and open the link from that account email.

Sign-in, sign-up, and password forms check that a person is submitting them. If the check does not finish, the submit button stays unavailable. Do not share your password, and sign out on a shared computer.

Course and pack lists are public. Buying, the library, lessons, the account page, and request forms need a signed-in account. If you open one of those while signed out, the sign-in dialog opens on the current page.

The course list searches names and descriptions, filters by subject, filters by who the course suits, and sorts separately from those filters. The badge on a card is the audience, not the subject name.

The bold price is the price you pay. The crossed price is the earlier price. The ribbon is that item's discount. A pack lists two of its highest-priced courses and a badge with the course count.

• Open the detail page and read what is included before you buy.
• A course may include a pretest, documents, a worksheet, a posttest, and video slots as that page shows.
• If you want several courses together, compare a pack with buying those courses separately.
• Opening a pack page does not buy it. The purchase is complete when payment for that item succeeds.

The learner count on a course page is the count for that course. It stays at zero until someone has paid. The home page does not show a store-wide total.

Checkout charges the catalog price shown for that course or pack. Check the name and the price before you pay.

The pay button stays available on the detail page. If you are signed out, the sign-in dialog opens first. When the store is taking payment, you pay the processor through the method shown on the checkout page.

• Do not transfer money outside checkout, and do not send a slip, card number, or one-time code.
• If checkout says payment is not available, that visit does not create a charge.
• After a successful payment, access appears in the library of the account that was signed in.
• Keep that email. Access follows the account, not the device.

Refunds, duplicate charges, and access rules are in the terms of service. Read them before you buy if you need the contract terms.

Courses you have access to appear in your library. After signing in, open the library and choose a course to continue learning. Purchasing a pack grants access to the courses included in it.

Lessons are on the course learning page, not in the payment email. Course materials are available when you have access to that course. If you return later, sign in with the same account.

• Use the same account you used at checkout.
• If you have several emails, check the one that was signed in during payment.
• Access is personal. Do not hand the account to someone else.
• The lesson order and files follow that course page.

A comment on a course or pack can be written by an account that bought that item. Buying one course does not let you comment on a pack.

The public name is partly hidden. The store does not show an email address or account id on a public comment. Keep the note about that course. The store can remove a comment that breaks the terms.

Follow these steps and avoid paying for the same order twice.

• Sign in with the same email you used at checkout.
• Open the library and look for that course or pack.
• If you just paid, wait for the store to receive the processor result, then open the library again.
• Do not start the same payment again while you wait.

If your library is still empty, check the status in your purchase history. Orders still being processed may not appear in the library yet.

Confirmed purchases cannot be canceled for a refund. Erroneous charges and mandatory legal rights are handled using verified payment records.

Choose Sign in, then the forgot-password path. Enter the account email and open the link from that inbox to set a new password. The link belongs to the account that requested it.

• Check spam if the email is not in the inbox.
• Open the link in a browser that can load it directly.
• If you signed up with Google, use Google again rather than a store password.
• If someone else controls the email, recover that inbox first, then set the store password.

Request forms never require your password. If another page asks for your FindSkill+ password, do not enter it. Set a new password only from the button on this website.

The cookie icon at the bottom left opens the settings panel. Essential cookies keep sign-in and settings working. Analytics cookies and project-promotion cookies can be turned on or off.

You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or save a custom choice. The choice is stored in this browser. The privacy notice explains recipients and your rights as a data subject.
