Privacy notice

This notice explains how FindSkill+ collects, uses, and discloses personal data when you create an account, sign in, browse courses, purchase or study a course, post a review, or submit a request.

Read this notice together with the Terms of Use. Non-essential analytics and project-promotion cookies are used only if you consent; you can change that choice in the cookie settings. You may also leave optional form fields blank.

The service operates with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) as its primary privacy framework and does not use personal data for an undisclosed purpose unless another legal basis applies.

In this notice, the following terms have these meanings:

• “FindSkill+” or “the service” means the operator of this AI course storefront, learning library, and checkout website.
• “You” or “user” means anyone who visits, registers, signs in, purchases, or studies through the website.
• “Personal data” means information relating to an identifiable living person, directly or indirectly.
• “Processing” includes collecting, using, disclosing, storing, deleting, or destroying personal data.
• “Processor” means a third party processing data for the service, such as account, payment, or human-verification providers.

FindSkill+ is the controller for account registration, checkout, learning access, and support. External providers act as processors only for the services assigned to them and for the purposes set by FindSkill+.

If you sign in with Google, this notice covers the account information Google shares with FindSkill+. Google's own handling of your Google account remains subject to Google's privacy terms.

Privacy-rights requests are available through the website's request form after signing in.

We collect information needed to provide courses. Website forms do not ask for an ID-card copy, full bank-account number, or full payment-card number.

Account data

• Your registration or sign-in email address
• A name you provide or that your sign-in provider shares
• Email-verification and password-reset records; we do not display your password
• Whether you signed in using email or Google

Purchase and learning data

• The course or pack selected, catalog price, and payment status
• Learning-library access granted for completed purchases
• Reviews you submit for a course or pack you bought
• Support messages and the transaction details you provide for investigation

Technical data

• Information needed to maintain sign-in and language preferences
• Human-verification results for sign-in, registration, and password-reset forms
• Device or IP information recorded by hosting, identity, or payment providers for transaction security
• Analytics and project-promotion cookies, only when enabled by your consent

Payment-card or PromptPay details are sent directly to the payment provider. FindSkill+ does not store full card numbers, card security codes, or payment-slip images. Do not send these details through support.

We receive information from you when you register, sign in, purchase, review, or submit a request, and from providers you choose to use with the service.

• Directly from forms and actions on the website
• From Google when you choose Google sign-in, generally your account name and email
• From the payment provider, including payment status and transaction references needed for access and duplicate-payment checks
• From browser cookies according to your cookie settings

We do not buy contact lists to create accounts for you or obtain personal data from third parties to build undisclosed marketing profiles.

We process personal data only where a legal basis applies, including the following purposes.

Providing the contracted service

• Create and maintain your account, sign-in, and learning-library access
• Receive orders, verify payment, and grant access to purchased courses or packs
• Send account messages such as email verification and password-reset links
• Respond to questions about learning access or payments

Meeting legal obligations

• Keep sales records required by tax, accounting, or lawful authority requests
• Respond to data-rights requests and keep records of our handling

Legitimate interests

• Prevent suspicious sign-ins, duplicate payments, and misuse of accounts
• Secure the website and verify that forms are submitted by a person
• Show course learner totals based on paid orders without naming buyers
• Publish buyer reviews with names partially masked

Consent

Analytics and project-promotion cookies operate only after you consent. You may withdraw consent in cookie settings at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out on another legal basis.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose only what is needed to these processors for the purposes described in this notice:

• Account and course-content providers to sign you in and deliver lessons you can access
• Google when you choose Google sign-in
• Payment providers to collect catalog prices and report transaction results
• Human-verification providers on sign-in, registration, and password-reset forms
• Website measurement providers only when you enable analytics or project-promotion cookies
• YouTube when you open a lesson displaying a public video; the privacy-enhanced player may connect automatically and share your IP address, browser information and site origin before playback

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or a competent authority, limited to what the request requires. Public reviews use partially masked names; email addresses and user IDs are not displayed.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The website groups them as follows:

• Essential cookies maintain sign-in and required site settings; they cannot be disabled while using an account
• Analytics cookies help us understand overall website use and run only with your consent
• Project-promotion cookies measure communication effectiveness and run only with your consent

Use the cookie control at the lower-left corner to accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or save your choices. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent purchases or learning. Your choice is remembered in this browser.

Public YouTube videos are supplemental learning resources. Lessons display the player directly through youtube-nocookie.com, which may connect to the provider before playback. This mode does not make viewing anonymous. Viewing is governed by YouTube's policies and is not counted toward FindSkill+ progress or scores.

We keep data only as long as needed for its purpose, then delete it or remove identifying details unless the law requires longer retention.

• Account data while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to resolve outstanding disputes
• Purchase and payment records for the period required by tax and accounting law
• Support messages until the case is resolved and for as long as needed to check duplicate transactions
• Published reviews until you request removal or we remove them under the Terms
• Cookie-consent records for the life of the browser setting

After the applicable period, we delete data or remove identifiers from records kept for statistics so they cannot ordinarily be linked back to you.

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access to or a copy of your data, correction, deletion or de-identification, restriction or objection to processing, portability where available, or withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the competent authority.

Requests can be recorded through the request form after signing in. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction reasons.

We use access controls, server-side authorization, private storage for paid materials, and payment-provider processing to reduce the risk of loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

If a personal-data incident creates a legal notification duty, we will notify affected people and authorities as required by applicable law.

Some infrastructure and service providers may process data outside Thailand. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we will use safeguards required by applicable Thai data-protection law.

The service is not directed to children who cannot legally provide consent. A minor should use the service or make a purchase only with consent from a parent or legal representative where required by law.

Reports about a child's personal data provided without required consent are available through the website's request form for review and appropriate action.

We may update this notice by publishing a revised version and its effective date on this page. Material changes will be identified on the website where appropriate.
