These Terms apply when you browse the FindSkill+ website, create an account, purchase a course or pack, or use the learning library. Please review the course contents and price before ordering.
You should be at least 20 years old or have consent from your legal representative before registering or purchasing where required by law. By placing an order, you confirm that you may enter into this agreement.
One person should use one account. Register with an email address you can access or sign in with Google. Your account holds purchases, learning access, and support requests.
Keep your email and password confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly tell us it was used without your permission. We may suspend an account while investigating suspected misuse.
Account closure requests are available through the request form. Closure does not erase transaction records that must be retained by law and ends access tied to the account.
Courses and packs are digital learning products. A completed purchase gives the purchasing account access to the listed content; it does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce or redistribute the content.
The product page forms part of the offer. Check the title, outline, included materials, and price before ordering. A pack grants access to the courses listed in that pack at the time of purchase.
If we discontinue a purchased course, we will keep previously unlocked content available for a reasonable period or provide a reasonably similar replacement, and notify you through the website or your account.
Catalog prices are listed in Thai baht (THB). When supported, Checkout may show a converted amount in your local currency. Review the currency and final total on the payment provider's confirmation screen before you authorize payment. Your bank or card issuer may separately charge a currency-conversion fee.
When checkout is available, payment is handled by the payment provider using the methods shown at checkout. The purchase is completed when the provider confirms payment and access is granted in your account. If you are not signed in, sign-in is required before ordering.
If checkout is unavailable, no charge is created. Do not transfer money outside the checkout methods shown. We do not verify manually submitted payment slips or grant access based on an off-platform transfer.
Courses are digital content. Once a purchase is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations for a refund, including changes of mind, choosing the wrong course, not attending, completing a course, or dissatisfaction with the teaching format. Review the course details, file formats, and device requirements before paying.
This policy does not limit correction of erroneous charges or mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a payment provider reverses or refunds a transaction under an applicable process, access granted by that transaction may end according to its verified status.
Course content, product names, illustrations, documents, quizzes, and FindSkill+ marks belong to the service or its licensors. You receive personal access for learning only.
Your review remains your content. You allow us to display it on the relevant product page with your name partially masked while the review remains published. Intellectual-property reports can be recorded through the request form with details of the work and where it appears.
Use the website for ordinary course browsing, learning, and purchases. Do not use it unlawfully or interfere with other users.
Courses provide general education about AI, not legal, medical, or financial advice and not a guarantee that third-party tools will produce a particular result. Check important information against original sources before using it in real work.
The service is provided as described on the product pages and in these Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that course content will always match third-party tools that change after publication.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, expected profits, or how you use information from a lesson.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including loss caused by our fraud or gross negligence, and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms, uses payment without authorization, or disrupts service for others. Where it is safe to do so, we will notify the account email.
While suspended, the account cannot access its library. If an investigation finds no breach, we will restore the account to the extent its prior rights remain valid. Suspension for a breach does not create a refund right for content already used.
If we discontinue the website, we will give notice where practicable and handle remaining access under the product-access terms.
These Terms are governed by Thai law. The Thai-language version of this page controls if it conflicts with this English information version on rights or obligations.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through the request process; otherwise, it may be brought before a competent Thai court.
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version and effective date on this page. The version in effect when you submit an order applies to that order. Later website use is subject to the updated Terms.
Account, payment, and privacy-rights requests can be recorded through the request form after signing in. Requests must not include passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, or full bank-account numbers.
